Here is a recipe I found:
Shamrock Shake
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup frozen mango
2 ice cubes
1/4 cup loosely packed baby spinach
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1 tablespoon ground flax
3 teaspoons granulated sugar
