Happy St. Paddy’s Day

Here is a recipe I found:

Shamrock Shake

1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup frozen mango
2 ice cubes
1/4 cup loosely packed baby spinach
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1 tablespoon ground flax
3 teaspoons granulated sugar

Place the milk, mango, ice, spinach, almonds, flax and sugar in a blender. Process until smooth and serve immediately.

To spike the shake, add one shot of vodka before blending.

Nutritional Information Per Serving (1 cup):
240 calories, 9 g protein, 30 g carbohydrates, 11 g fat (0 g saturated), 2 mg cholesterol, 1 g fiber, 74 mg sodium.
